COLD HORS D' OEUVRES
For our standard hors d'oeuvre service, select four items from our list of cold selections, and three items from the hot list. Custom hors d'oeuvre service is priced on an individual basis.

LIVER PATE
A delicately seasoned pate, garnished with parsley and shredded egg, is served on a silver platter with a variety of cocktail crackers and rye wedges.

FINGER SANDWICHES
This choice offers three types of sandwiches cut in a variety of shapes, a special pork spread seasoned to perfection, spiced beef spread and a curried chicken spread.

OPEN FACED CANAPES
These petite bread rounds are made with a variety of decorative tops such as creamed cheese with caviar, liver pate, salami cornucopias, creamed cheese with bay shrimp, and salmon mousse.

PETITE MEAT BUNS
Freshly cut ham, beef and turkey and corned beef fill these egg dough buns with light mustard spread.

FRESH FRUITS
A variety of in-season fruits are freshly cut at the party and artfully displayed.

HOMEMADE CHICKEN OR CRAB FILLED PETITE PUFFS
Bakery fresh cream puff shells are generously stuffed with our homemade chicken or crab salad

VEGETABLE COLLAGE
A variety of garden fresh vegetables are displayed with two types of vegetable dips to enhance the options, specially marinated mushrooms.

CHEESE BOARDS
Three imported and three domestic cheeses are displayed on cutting boards, so that guests may help themselves. Included with the cheeses are rye wedges and several types of cocktail crackers.

CHEESE BALLS
These are cheese nuggets flavored with spinach or herbs, served on cheese boards with a variety of crackers in baskets.

DEVILED EGGS
Our stuffed deviled eggs are seasoned with a hint of curry, and garnished with a variety of parsley, pickles and red peppers.

SWEET AND SOUR PICKLE DISPLAY
A variety of sweet and sour pickles are artfully displayed with mild chile peppers on a bed of curly green lettuce.

SALAMI CORNUCOPIAS
Salami rounds are shaped into cornucopias and filled with mild spiced Rondele cheese.

STUFFED CELERY
Fresh, crisp celery is stuffed with a variety of cheeses.**SEPARATELY PRICED:

These are served on ice with cocktail sauce. This is a separate item from the regular fare, with the seasonal price added to the per person price for seven items.

POTATO SKINS
Always popular, our potato skins are filled with melted cheese and bacon bits, and served with sour cream and guacamole..

SWEET AND SOUR MEATBALLS
Served with feather picks for easier eating, these bite-size snacks are accompanied by our exceptional sweet and sour sauce.

PETITE QUICHES
Mini quiches are served hot and ready to eat, in a variety of flavors including cheese, mushroom, spinach, and jalapeno.

CHEESE PUFFS
A light traditional French-style puff pastry surrounds cheddar cheese. These are served as individual bite-size morsels.

TERIYAKI ON A SKEWER
Top sirloin strips are woven onto a bamboo skewer and cooked in a mild teriyaki sauce.

RUMAKI
Chicken livers and seasoned turkey breast wrapped in bacon and cooked to perfection. Also date, turkey, or water chestnuts.

CHICKEN DRUMMERS TERIYAKI
Petite drummettes cooked in a mild teriyaki sauce.

SAUTEED MUSHROOMS
Fresh-skewered mushrooms are sautéed in natural butter, cooked in front of the guests in a skillet.

STUFFED MUSHROOMS
Fresh mushrooms are filled with mushroom stem finely chopped and mixed with sweet Italian sausage, onions, cheese, and celery.

HOT PUFFS
Puff pastry surrounds a variety of piping hot fillings.

COCKTAIL FRANKS
Small franks are served in your choice of BBQ sauce, Teriyaki, or sweet and sour sauce.

EGG ROLLS
Hot egg rolls are served with catsup and hot mustard, either on a display table from a hot chafing dish, or passed on a tray.

PIGS IN A BLANKET
Small cocktail franks wrapped in pastry are served with mustard.

BUFFALO WINGS
Chicken wings are served with a hot Texas-Mexican sauce.

GINGER-SESAME CHICKEN ON A SKEWER
These Chinese-style strips of chicken are served on handy skewers.

HOT BRIE FONDUE
This famous mild French cheese is served melted and hot, with squares of sourdough bread.

SPAN IKOPITA
Small triangles of fib pastry are stuffed with spinach and feta cheese then browned with garlic butter.

DEEP-FRIED ZUCCHINI
Our seasoned, lightly breaded zucchini strips are served with Ranch dressing.

BROILED CRAB AND CHEESE ROUNDS
Sour dough bread rounds are spread with a delicious blend of crab, cheddar cheese spread, and spices, and then quickly broiled.
