CHEF-CARVED PETIT PANS
Cut-to-order Sirloin Sandwiches, with French Dip options, are served on a petit seeded roll with creamed horseradish, mayonnaise, and mustard.

FRESH SHRIMP
Extra large shrimp are displayed on crushed ice, beautifully garnished and served with a variety of sauces.

POTATO SKIN EXTRAVAGANZA
Melted cheddar cheese fills each potato skin, in a display that includes fillings of ham or turkey strips, salsa, sour cream, bacon bits, sunflower seeds, and guacamole.

SALMON DISPLAY
Norwegian smoked salmon is served on bagels or rye wedges with creamed cheese. Also available is a special salmon mold of cream cheese and salmon, ready to spread.

PASTA BAR
Three types of hot pasta-- spaghettini, spinach and wheat noodles or small shells-- are featured on the pasta bar. The pastas are served with a selection of sauces traditional Marinara, mushroom sauce, butter and garlic sauce, and spicy sweet Italian sausage.

MEXICANA BAR
First, a variety of Mexican chips and dips. Next, "serve yourself tostadas. We begin with refried beans and spicy beef or chicken on a tortilla. You complete your own masrerpiece by adding your choice of toppings-- salsa, guacamole, sour cream, onion, olives, diced tomatos and lettuce. A cold, spicy Gaspacho soup for wann weather,and a hot picante soup for the winter may be added.

SOUP BAR
Guests select from a choice of three hearty soups. The hosts may choose their favorite three from our list of homemade soups.

CAESAR SALAD
Everyone can watch the making of this gourmet delight as it is created by one of our chefs.

OMELETTE BAR
Cheddar cheese omelettes come with a choice of toppings: chopped olives, salsa, red onion, scallions bacon bits, tomatos, red and green peppers, sauteed mushrooms, avocado, and diced ham.

HOT SANDWICH BAR
A variety of hot sandwiches-- pastrami, beef dip, and sausage with peppers and condiments.

PITA BAR
Pita bread is filled with your choice of turkey, crab, beef, or ham. Additional toppings include lettuce, tomatos, alfalfa sprouts, plus sour cream and guacamole.

SEAFOOD DISPLAY
Large seashells surrounded by greens hold a variety of crab legs, shrimp, and scallops on ice, with red cocktail or Dijon mustard sauce.

CHEESECAKE STATION
A choice of six different cheesecakes-- sour cream, blueberry, strawberry, lemog, cherry, and chocolate-- plus an assortment of French pastries-- tempt the guests to try one of everything!

SWEET DISPLAY

A variety of French pastries and petit fours are displayed on silver trays.

FRESH FRUIT, VEGETABLE, AND CHEESE DISPLAY
A variety of cut fresh fruit and vegetables with dips, plus a selection of several imported and domestic cheeses, are complemented by miniature bread rounds and gourmet crackers.
